At CH2M HILL, the Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) is an active, growing program fostering innovative approaches to continuous improvement in safety and health throughout the company. VPP raises safety consciousness by promoting a commitment to safety and health 24 hours a day, seven days-a-week. VPP is the ongoing partnership between management and staff committed to changing the safety culture. Several organizations at CH2M HILL have achieved VPP “Star” status, which is conferred on organizations that develop and maintain excellent safety and health programs and can be considered models for their industry.
